Summary:
The external and internal sufaces of the valve are coated with yellow epoxy resin, which can effectively prevent the bodys surface from being eroded by the gas so as to guarantee the purity of the gas.

The wedge is sealed with resin according to CJ/T3055. It can achieve no linkage when the valve is closed.

Of the stem where need sealing apply multiway sealing rings of O type, which prolongs the valves service life. The stem uses 2cr13 stainless steel. The nut is made of austenitic ductile iron which contains high nickel. No bronze is applied in any part of the valve.
